Role Description

Our client is your local supplier of production solutions for the Electronics Manufacturing and Wire Processing Industry.

They source the worlds best and most suitable production solutions for the Australasian manufacturing market. Their more than 35 years of experience and understanding of clients needs in this challenging market helps to reduce manufacturing cost and increase the first pass yield.

They are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to be based in the Padstow area.

Duties will include

• Process Sales Orders received by phone / email
• Issue Order confirmations
• Invoicing
• Maintain Sales records
• Compiling monthly sales reports
• Liaise with internal departments - i.e Purchasing and Technical Support
• Sales Administration
• Be first point of contact for new customers
• Debtors

You will need the following

• Previous experience working in Sales / administration
• Excellent telephone manner
• Accuracy
• Excellent communication & inter personal skills
• Good level of computer literacy
• Invoicing & debtors
