Role Description

Admin Assistants required to assist with vaccine roll out project!

EXTRASTAFF is a leading national provider within the Industrial, Healthcare and Hospitality sectors. We work with iconic and respected companies Australia wide, sharing our expertise and assisting employers in maximising the capabilities of their workforce.

We are seeking experienced administration support staff for a temporary contract with immediate start to assist with the Covid-19 Vaccination roll out starting in Aged Care Facilities across the Wollongong and South Coast area.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The main responsibility of the role is to work alongside the medical staff, tracking progress and entering data in to the database as vaccinations are given, making sure all information is recorded accurately and efficiently.

Any previous experience in a healthcare setting would be highly regarded but not essential.

The role will be working across different Aged Care sites daily so access to a reliable vehicle is a must!

Excellent rates of pay!

• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Willing to undergo National Police Check
• Current flu vaccination
• Your own reliable car and licence
