Role Description

Our client is a major international motorcycle & power sports company. They are currently searching for a NSW/ACT State Sales Manager for an immediate start.

Reporting to the National Sales & marketing Manager the main purpose of this role is

To support and drive dealer sales & local marketing activities in NSW/ACT for company products in line with policy in order to achieve goals and sales targets.
Overall management of NSW/ACT dealer performance with focus on Sales, Marketing & Brand Improvement
The main tasks of the role will be

MAIN TASKS

Develop the business plan for NSW/ACT dealer network in consultation with the National Sales Manager
Develop, maintain and control dealer network in NSW/ACT
Implement, coordinate and review Brand strategy for NSW market
Coordinate NSW/ACT dealers sales and marketing activities with HQ
Conduct Branding Bonus Audits as per guidelines
Manage call cycle and tasks for (one) Regional Sales Coordinator (RSC)
Find and develop new dealerships in required areas (motorcycle, AG/Commercial, Jet Ski)
Management of special projects upon request
Manage sales activity of all products (including accessories & merchandise) for dealerships
Control stock levels in NSW dealerships (Franchise Agreed Stock Levels)
JOB REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES

An education equal to or higher than secondary school graduation
Minimum 2 years working experience in a comparable position and industry
Able to communicate and direct clearly in both verbal and written form
MS Office experienced (basic computer literacy)
Experience in motorcycle, power sports or automotive industry
Car & Motorcycle licence required (Jet Ski/PWC licence optional)
Passion for motorcycles, Jet Ski and/or Power sports & business development.
Able to travel as required for dealer visits and events.
May include weekends and/or after hours
Excellent people management skills are required
