They are seeking a proactive, dynamic and progressive leader for their Adelaide Northern Suburbs engineering facility.

To achieve this mission the role of Workshop Manager is charged with the responsibility “To monitor production ensuring goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard.”
The responsibility of the Workshop Manager therefore encompasses:
  • Scheduling & Sales Order / Job Management,
  • Purchasing & Inventory Management,
  • Outwards Goods Control,
  • Quality Control,
  • Human Resources,
  • Safety,
  • Environmental Impact,
  • Lean Manufacturing Practices,
  • Financial and Operational Performance.
We expect the successful applicant will have:
  • An Engineering trade qualification and/or degree,
  • Management experience and/or management qualifications,
  • Financial, business and operational acumen,
  • A proactive, dynamic and progressive leadership style.
