Role Description

Our Client is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator/Facilitator to provide support to the National Training Manager in driving a professional learning environment to engage the team, retail partners and consumers. This role has a strong focus on assisting each party to create positive word of mouth experiences to build brand strength and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver small group training and one on one coaching within team • Manage and deliver the induction program – keeping programs up to date and working with the business to create relevant and effective paths to productivity for new starts • Support the development and delivery of learning solutions for the team and retail partners • Provide research support to the National Training Manager • Travel interstate or to New Zealand as required • Work with the National Training Manager to conduct instructional research and analysis on learners • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content for retention and transfer of product knowledge and practices for online and face to face delivery • Create supporting materials/media for learning resources (audio, video, simulations, games, coaching tools and on the job resources etc.) • Develop and maintain a suite of product knowledge units for use by the team and retail partners (independents and nationals) • Manage administration of online management tool, maintaining team and learning records • Manage logistics of training programs including room setups, material preparation etc. • Coordinate and process invitations for retail partner and internal programs • Assist with conducting training needs analysis and evaluation • Coordinate induction training programs scheduling • Maintain project documentation • Provide additional administration support as needed • Reporting on training outcomes and ROI • Providing support in identifying speakers and resources to meet learner needs
Essential criteria:
• Proven experience as a training coordinator, trainer or facilitator • Instructional design experience/expertise • Strong focus on customer service delivery • Strong communication skills verbal and written • Ability to build relationships • Planning and organisation skills • Proactive/shows initiative • Ability to problem solve and think laterally • Good administration skills • Minimum 2 years in an Learning and development role • Certificate IV in Workplace training and assessment • Minimum 2 years’ experience with e-learning platforms • Intermediate skills with eLearning authoring tool e.g. Articulate 360 • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel) • Intermediate experience with Adobe creative suite (desirable)
