My client is seeking an experienced Temp Customer Services Specialist to join their team . This is a great opportunity for a motivated and driven individual.

This is a hands on role and we need a real team player with a positive attitude to take on each new task, no matter how big or small. You will be well organised and reliable with exceptionally high attention to detail and commitment to quality.

The Role:

* Provide excellent customer service, written and verbal

* Take calls from customers regarding products

* Educate clients on products and services

* Manage employee inbox, responding to variety of queries

* Work effectively within a team to support each other

* Convert enquiries into sales opportunities

Successful applicants will have:

* Worked in a similar position previously (desirable)

* Contact Centre experience 

* Process driven high attention to detail

* Excellent at organising and prioritising own workload

* Excellent time management skills

* Accurate data entry skills

* Positive and proactive attitude
