Australian Business Solutions Group provides recruitment solutions to the health, industrial and white-collar sectors. We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with rostering or recruitment experience to oversee our after-hours allocations team located in our Unley office. Previous allocations experience in acute, aged care and or industrial is highly desirable.

The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Overseeing and coordinating all staffing requirements;
• Managing casual and part time staff;
• Filling job vacancies in a timely manner;
• Confirming and administering rosters;
• Liaising with clients, candidates, management and staff;
• Training new staff.

To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
• Previous experience as a team leader or senior recruitment consultant managing up to eight employees;
• Excellent problem solving and attention to detail;
• Strong MS office skills and data entry;
• Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills.

Hours are approximately 35 per week and may be spread across 4:30pm - 11:30pm and 4:30am - 8:30am Mon-Fri with some occasional Sat/Sun coverage to provide support.
