Role Description

Our client is a not-for-profit organisation within the disability sector undergoing substantial growth.
 
They are seeking an individual with experience in workforce management, logistics or care & disability, to provide effective, efficient rostering and scheduling services to support the 'Accommodation Team'.
 
This role has become available due to maternity leave and is for a duration of 10 months with possibility of extension due to organisational growth.
 
 
The person we seek will have the following experience and attributes:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing staff rosters
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Sound logistical mindset
  • Ability to problem solve under pressure and tight time frames
  • A positive team player with the ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders
  • Proficient communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Riteq WFM and Aurion software highly desirable but not essential to be considered
  • Able to adapt to new systems and dynamic environment
