We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Talent Options team. You will be required to manage temporary and permanent placements across various white collar roles, in a fast-paced environment. Our consultants are an invaluable asset to our company. You will be surrounded by an experienced and passionate team of professionals and your role will include however not be limited to.

• Maximise sales opportunities with current and prospective clients
• Daily communication with clients and candidates
• Confirming candidates for their rostered shifts
• Writing and posting job advertisements
• Phone screening and booking in interviews
• Conducting inductions / candidate interviews and reference checking
• Filing client job orders in a timely manner with suitable candidates
• Regular client site visits
• Other administration duties

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and positive with strong communication and organisation skills. Previous recruitment and BDM experience will be highly regarded.
