A great opportunity to join Australian Business Solutions Group's - Recruitment Division which is part of the New South Wales Business Chamber, in their central support team.

You will be working in a collaborative and busy team processing payroll and providing administration support to several business branches nationally. 
Responsibilities will include: 
  • processing timesheets for on-hired employees and contractors
  • provision of accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with relevant award and employment conditions
  • responding to payroll and invoices queries from employees and clients
  • ensuring all employee payroll information and database files are kept up to date
  • liaising with branch managers and senior management
  • general administration support across the branches
Ideal applicants will possess:
  • Previous payroll experience working with multiple awards across various states
  • Knowledge of statutory requirements
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience working in a busy role that is deadline driven
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent computer skills particularly accurate data entry skills
  • Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills
