Our client is a leader in the design, manufacture, and installation of fire, thermal , and acoustic systems.
The company averages 5 large to 10 smaller concurrent projects which require an experienced and dynamic contract / project manager to lead the projects to a timely and profitable completion.
Reporting to the General Manager, the position requires a person who will plan and direct the activities of around five teams to meet key deliverables, including time, quality and cost. The person will also coordinate with Office Sales staff to ensure sales budgets are met.

Work under pressure
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients on site
Lead diverse teams of employees
Interpret budgets and apply budgeting discipline
Understand and apply QA standards and requirements
The successful candidate must
Have previous experience in the Wet Trades industries
Have a White card
Have a current drivers licence
Have good people management skills
Have rights to work in Australia
Excellent communication skills
Be able to produce spreadsheets via Excel
