Our sister company Belmore Nurses is a national leader in health placement and we have a permanent full time role becoming vacant in northern suburbs office. Reporting to the Recruitment Operations Manager your job will be to ensure our clients have sufficient numbers of appropriately qualified and experienced agency personnel to supply client needs.
 
To be successful in this role you will need
  • Liaison with healthcare facilities to determine staffing requirements
  • Attention to detail and excellent data entry skills
  • Experience within the health, aged care and or disability industry or as a Allocations Officer or similar role would be advantageous
  • Be able to maintain and update agency personnel records to ensure qualifications, experience and availability are current
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with staff and clients to meet their needs
