Pauline Dusting has been working in the recruitment industry for over 40 years and brings a wealth of experience and a hands-on attitude to Talent Options in South Australia.
 

Pauline DustingPauline has extensive experience in human resources, recruitment & training. This includes working for Myer for nearly 11 years as a Personnel Officer and Training Officer before joining the Extrastaff in 1990.

Pauline managed the Melbourne office of Extrastaff for 15 years before returning home to Adelaide to manage the South Australian operations.

As of November 2011 Extrastaff became part of Australian Business Solutions Group, a division of the New South Wales Business Chamber (NSWBC).

In February 2013 Extrastaff Office & Professional division rebranded to Talent Options.

Pauline’s proven track record recruiting staff across all disciplines/sectors (including industrial, support services, accounting & finance, health, engineering & technical) is supported by her ability to develop and nurture lasting professional relationships with both clients & candidates.

At Talent Options, Pauline’s role is to manage her branch and to provide leadership, guidance, supervision and management of all branch office staff to achieve their individual goals and team targets.

Pauline’s management style is to lead by example, and is very much ‘hands on’ in the recruitment & selection of candidates to meet client’s needs.
